Introducing the rules of meeting

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention, please. The opening ceremony will start in a few minutes. All present are requested to be seated.

All the addresses and messages will be translated simultaneously into English, Spanish, French and Chinese. Channel 1 for English, channel 2 for Spanish, channel 3 for French and channel 4 for Chinese.

All delegates are kindly requested to allow at least one-minute interval between speeches, to enable interpreters and channel controllers to adapt themselves to the new speaker. They are also requested to announce, at the very commencement of their speech, which language they will be using.

Once the ceremony has started, kindly refrain from taking pictures, using flash bulbs, or leaving your seats. Thank you.
