(2008-5-19) Congratulations on Promotion

When I first heard about your promotion, it was no surprise to me. Because with your experience, knowledge, and skills in personnel management you will surely be able to fulfill the responsibilities of this important position.

These are exciting times for all of us. The challenges are obvious to everyone of us in this room, and the need for your leadership has never been greater.

Again, I congratulate you on your promotion as director of the Management Department, and I wish for you much success in the years ahead. But, even more, I wish for you a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
