随着公司的日益发展，公司对生产线员工的技能水平和基本素质要求也越来越高，为了实现公司发展所需人力资源的有效储备，公司人力资源部特地从重庆市机械高级技工学校招收了12名应届毕业生入司实习，希望他们能顺利通过实习期，并随着公司的发展迅速成长，给我们带来新的活力。

With the development of SAI, we need more and more elitist workers.
